This package includes all services from beginning to end, including day of coordination. We meet with clients prior to event day to ensure preferred vendors and begin planning ahead of time. Our team will work closely with each and every couple so that every aspect of their wedding is planned and coordinated professionally. We manage every detail of the wedding day to make the whole process as pleasant and memorable as possible. Together we will discuss your financial budget that caters best to your specific needs. Our team will focus on every detail to create and design an event that suits your unique personality.

Partial Wedding Planning

STARTING AT $7,000

This package is for couples who do not need full services and have already started planning their wedding, but feel like they need professional advice for a few specific things. Our team will manage all aspects of the day of your special celebration. It is our goal to infuse your wedding with your unique style as a couple. Let us take care of all the details.

Month of Coordination

STARTING AT $3,500

This package is designed for those who are planning their own wedding and need extra help on the day of their wedding to make sure everything goes smoothly as planned without relying on family or friends. One of our professional coordinators will meet with you during the month of your wedding, and become familiar with your vision, vendors, and event details. We will plan step by step to keep your day stress free and take care of any issues that may arise so you can have peace of mind and enjoy our special day.

  • During the Month of, two meetings to cover the following:

    • 1st Meeting: Initial Consultation

    • 2nd Meeting: Finalizing Details and Venue Walk-Through

    • Unlimited professional advice and guidance via phone and email during the month of the wedding.

  • Confirm with the wedding party as what needs to be done for the day of their wedding

  • Wedding planning timeline creation and checklist

  • Confirm all contracts with vendors and all appointments made the day of, such as hair, makeup, etc…

  • Collect all items to be set up on wedding day

  • Ensure the brides room is decorated as requested

  • Communicate with all the vendors (photographer, videographer, flowers, catering etc...) to make sure they all arrive on time

  • Work with DJ/musicians to establish timing for entertainment, grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses

  • Gather bridal party and immediate family for photos

  • Assist wedding party and guests as needed

  • Ensure the venue and the ceremony location is all set up & decorated as requested

  • Communicate with bride and groom so that they know how much time remains before the ceremony starts

  • Full setup of wedding accessories such as sign-in books, place cards, menus, favors, gifts, etc.

  • Ensure the dining tables are set up properly

  • Help guests locate their escort cards and dining tables

  • Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors

  • Line up the bridal party for their entrances down the aisle

  • 12 hours of coordination on-site with 2 assistants allowing you to enjoy every moment of your big day
